 Tour America winner of A Deloitte Best Managed Company 2010 is looking to recruit a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will take on this senior position within Tour America taking responsibility for all financial aspects leading to the continued growth of our business.  As the Finance Manager you are expected to have at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role in an Irish SME.

 SUMMARY

To ensure that the business always has accurate financial information and to contribute fully to management decision-making.

To ensure that all the necessary functions are carried out by the small Finance Team and that all reporting obligations are met.

To improve our processes, controls, procedures and systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN DUTIES

 • Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Reconciliation of financial information to operational system
• Implementation of new accounting system
• Audit and annual accounts preparation
• Effective communication with auditors
• Treasury and foreign exchange management
• Budgeting and financial planning
• Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
• Accounts Payable and Purchase Ordering
• Management of small finance team
• KPI analysis
• A senior Manager in the Company contributing to decision-making and discussion
• All required reporting
• Vat submissions and other regulatory reporting requirements
• Maintenance and improvement of tight controls and procedures
• Effective supplier re-tendering process
• Petty cash and staff expenses

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS 

 • 3-5 years experience in a similar role in an Irish SME
• Numeracy
• Tenacity to contribute to the financial success of the business
• Ability to manage multiple projects, often competing for priority
• To credibly represent Tour America with external parties
• An attention to detail
• An ability to plan but a flexibility to adjust the plan based on new evidence
• Ability to work from own initiative and often long-hours at crucial stages in projects
• Strong commercial awareness, an understanding of margins and the relevant return on investment required from all activities

Tour America winner of A Deloitte Best Managed Company 2010 is looking to recruit an Entry Level IT Support Position

The successful candidate will take on a role within Tour America taking responsibility for all aspects of IT support. This will involve working with our IT department in helping our team with the day to day support functions, in conjunction with taking on other projects.

Day To Day Support/Functions

Internal technical support (desktop, server, phone issues)
Server Maintenance including Installation of updates, analysis of new updates, installation of security patches, etc 
Planning Important updates
Server monitoring and problem solving
Log analysis
Antivirus
Firewall maintenance
Checking back-ups
Adding new users and removing old users

Core Out-sourced Technology

Point of contact for internal users on issues
Logging issues with third-party supplier
Monitoring progress on live issues
Liaison on development requests

Other Projects

Automatic generation of reports
Improve backup system
Improve disaster recovery/business continuity plans
Improve efficiency of the network by setting up proxy server
Improve group policies for centralised management
